1Can form a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and is at least eighteen (18) years of age.

2. The Company reserves the right to terminate the User's account in case the information is found to be incorrect!

3. Users are required to enter a valid phone number while registering on the Platform.

4. It is the responsibility of the Users to provide the correct mobile number so that the Company can communicate with the Users through SMS. User's mobile number is incorrect or out of data or blocked by User's service provider, or User is otherwise unable to receive SMS, it shall be deemed that the Company has effectively provided communication to Users.

5. It is the responsibility of the User to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete any information provided during or after the registration process proves to be incorrect, current or incomplete; and/or

▪ Unreasonably high prices were charged;

▪ initiated inappropriate instances of returns and/or cancellations;

▪ Engaging in acts that are illegal, fraudulent, negligent or prejudicial to the interests of the Company.

7. Further, where the breach of this Agreement would give rise to criminal or civil action, the Company may, at its discretion, bring such action.

8. In case of alleged fraud or other breach of this Agreement by the User, the Company may at its sole discretion withhold all amounts payable to the User! The Company may, as it deems fit, impose such penalty and shall adjust such penalty from the amount payable by the Company to such User.

9. Rasoi platform provides a high end technology to both buyer and seller to make their transaction simple and smooth. But the platform has no responsibility for the mistakes made in the transaction. The buyer and the seller are responsible at the time of the transaction or any kind of mistake.

10. The company does not do branding marketing of any item. The company provides a technologically enabled platform to the buyers and sellers to take their business to new heights and take full advantage of the users registered on the platform. Along with this, the company tries to provide the purest products to the users. According to its rules and regulations, it tries its best to guarantee the purity by putting pressure on the seller.
